Shipping and Production

How long will it take to get order shipped?

All TIWINKLE FINE JEWELRY items are made to order and may take up to 20 business days to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Tiwinkle Fine Jewelry is made to order and handmade in Los Angeles, California and Manhattan, New York. With each piece being made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. 

 

Can you do rushed production speed?

Yes, we can. Please email contact@tiwinkle.com if you have any urgent shipping requests.

 

What if I'm not there to sign when my package arrives?

Because the package contains high value content, we will not leave a package unattended outside your door. If you are not there to sign when the package arrives, another delivery will be attempted the next day. Your local office can reroute the package to another address on your request. In addition, your local office will be able to hold your package until you can pick it up upon your request.

 

 

Returns

Do you accept returns?

The Tiwinkle Fine Jewelry team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email info@tiwinkle.com for a repair authorization within 48 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

 

    Can I cancel my order?

    If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund less a 3% processing fee. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. After 12 hours you may still be subject to the restocking fee.

     

      Can I send a piece back for modification if the size doesn't fit?

      Asking your local jeweler may be the quickest and best option. However, you can definitely send a piece back for modification. In return, you will receive an invoice back.

      Please keep in mind it can take 2-3 weeks once we receive your modification.

      Please email info@tiwinkle.com to obtain the return address.

      Email your tracking number as soon as you ship, so we can alert our production department of its pending arrival.

       

        Do you do custom pieces?

        Of course! We love making jewelry. If there is a custom piece that you are interested in, we would love to make it for you for your special occasion.

          What's the color and quality?

          Majority of our pieces are 14kt gold pieces with VS1 diamond quality.
