PRODUCTION TIME

All TIWINKLE FINE JEWELRY items are made to order and may take up to 20 business days to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Tiwinkle Fine Jewelry is made to order and handmade in Los Angeles, California and Manhattan, New YorkWith each piece being made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. 

Please email contact@tiwinkle.com if you have any urgent shipping requests, and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option. 

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it. 

Please note that any 14K items you see on Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us info@tiwinkle.com.


SHIPPING

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know the time frame for delivery please email contact@tiwinkle.com. We will do everything we can to help you.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference the ring size link on our homepage to see the conversions. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit…some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them more tight.

**Special orders: custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. **


RETURNS & MODIFICATIONS

Tiwinkle Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

RETURNS

The Tiwinkle Fine Jewelry team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email info@tiwinkle.com for a repair authorization within 48 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund less a 3% processing fee. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. After 12 hours you may still be subject to the restocking fee.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We are unable to offer price adjustments for previous purchases. Prices can fluctuate due to consumer demand, trends and other contingencies. Offers cannot be combined or used retroactively.
